This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

• Support the integration and upkeep of relevant databases and related systems.

• Acquire knowledge and assess process workflows to pinpoint enhancements concerning data reporting, extraction, and analytics.

• Create, develop, document, test, and implement tailored reports and data exports.

• Deliver precise information to aid enterprise business and communication decisions.

• Gather, structure, segment, analyze, validate, and distribute performance data in relation to key performance indicators.

• Formulate and launch standard, ad-hoc, and customized reports, communications, and dashboards.

• Establish processes and explore potential automation to simplify data extraction and generate user-friendly reports and analytics.

• Identify, evaluate, research, and interpret trends and patterns within complex datasets.

• Offer recommendations and solutions derived from data analysis.

• Oversee and evaluate the return on investment of various initiatives.

• Collaborate with organizational teams to grasp business requirements and objectives.

• Actively seek out improvements in reporting and analysis and propose modifications to information systems.

• A bachelor's degree is required.

• In place of a degree, leadership may accept four years of relevant work experience.

• Prior experience in business, finance, data science, statistics, information management, analytics, fundraising, or a related field is preferred.

• Previous experience with reporting and analytical tools is preferred.

• Full-time schedule.

• Day shifts (8 hours).

• 40 scheduled hours per week.
