This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Execute assigned analytical projects and provide precise, actionable insights within designated timelines and deadlines.
• Work closely with Sales, Product, Claims, analysts, analytics engineers, and business stakeholders to grasp business inquiries, data requirements, and deliverables.
• Write SQL queries and assist with dbt tasks, encompassing model updates, testing, and documentation.
• Assist with regulatory data requests and statistical reporting, including monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad hoc submissions.
• Conduct exploratory analysis to uncover trends, address business inquiries, and facilitate decision-making.
• Maintain documentation of data definitions, processes, and findings to ensure transparency, consistency, and reproducibility.
• Create and present reports, dashboards, and other analytical outputs utilizing Python and BI tools like Hex.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a closely related field.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools.
• Relevant coursework or internship experience is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills and an eagerness to learn and collaborate.
• A sense of curiosity, initiative, and enthusiasm for data work.
