This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide guidance and mentorship to the team regarding best practices for data management.

• Evaluate and give constructive feedback on deliverables prior to their submission to the client.

• Analyze and transform data sets.

• Strive to create easily understandable analytical reports tailored for US healthcare clients.

• Design and develop workflows on the Data Activation Platform that extract data from client systems as defined, while adhering to internal guidelines and industry standards.

• Assess team outputs to ensure quality and precision.

• Oversee and optimize workflow configurations for high availability once they are implemented in production settings.

• Grasp Innovaccer's data warehousing principles and apply best practices effectively.


⛳️ Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in an analytics position within a data services or product organization.

• Proficiency in data modeling and familiarity with various data modeling concepts.

• Strong command of SQL for ETL processes; knowledge of scripting languages such as Python is advantageous.

• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, including predictive modeling and classification techniques.

• Capability to effectively use AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Copilot, LLM-based coding assistants) while upholding high standards for code quality and accuracy.

• Self-motivated, inquisitive, responsible, enjoys a degree of autonomy, possesses a strong work ethic, and can thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

• Extensive experience in communicating technical and non-technical information clearly and concisely.

• Proven problem-solving and analytical abilities.

• Exceptional multitasking skills and the capacity to manage multiple high-priority client engagements simultaneously.

• Ability to evaluate complex client needs and devise integration solutions that ensure a seamless experience between our platform and theirs.

• Competence in mentoring junior team members while sharing industry knowledge and best practices in data engineering.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or Computer Science; an advanced degree in any of these fields is a plus.
