Data Analyst

📋 Description

• Develop and enhance processes, definitions, and workflows.

• Assist in gathering requirements while constructing analytical models and/or reports.

• Provide systematic organization to processes.

• Collaborate with diverse departments within the organization.

• Execute monthly updates for recurring dashboards and reports.

• Aid in the quarterly upload of vendor data into the internal database for the Finance team.

• Create follow-up reports and establish a 'next action' process.

• Discover opportunities to leverage data-driven insights for optimizing business performance.

• Consistently monitor data inputs from various sources.

⛳️ Requirements

• 0-2 years of experience working with data.

• A Bachelor's degree is required (preferably in Data Analytics, Accounting, or Finance).

• Proficient in the Microsoft suite of products, including Outlook and Excel.

• Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Tableau is preferred.

• Knowledge of Datarails, Adaptive, and Oracle Hyperion is a plus.

• Familiarity with Microsoft SQL is advantageous.

• Financial analysis experience is a benefit.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with strong time management, decision-making abilities, and meticulous attention to detail.
