This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Leverage data to demonstrate the return on investment of our cybersecurity training platform.

• Analyze intricate datasets using SQL to identify the effects of training.

• Communicate findings to executive-level stakeholders.

• Collaborate with Federal agency stakeholders to convert their requirements into data-driven success strategies.

• Utilize SQL and Python to extract and refine extensive datasets.

• Develop interactive dashboards and presentations using Looker/Tableau.

• Conduct in-depth analysis of user behavior and simulation logs.

• Ensure data integrity by routinely auditing the flow of training telemetry.

• Engage in Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) to review client progress.

• Proficient in SQL or Snowflake for querying complex relational databases.

• Skilled in Python for data cleaning, automation, and statistical analysis.

• Expertise in Looker or other data visualization tools.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel (including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and modeling).

• Familiarity with customer success metrics such as churn, adoption, engagement funnels, and learning outcomes.

• Experience in EdTech or cybersecurity is a plus.
