This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Conduct formal evaluations on alerts generated from government watchlist screenings.

• Execute watchlist screening and assess real-time and post-transactional alerts for potential breaches of government sanctions regulations.

• Recognize alerts that require further due diligence and escalate them with documented justification.

• Ensure that the handling of the aforementioned alerts aligns with established policies and procedures.

• Compile various reports and documentation to communicate watchlist screening outcomes to the client.

• Carry out quality control reviews of completed tasks.

• A minimum of two (2) years of relevant work experience is required.

• An undergraduate degree in a related field and/or formal training in such a discipline is preferred.

• Relevant experience may be accepted in place of a formal degree and/or training.

• Experience in watchlist screening within a banking or financial services context is preferred.

• Ability to quickly learn new software and hardware systems is necessary.

• Strong communication abilities are essential.

• Must possess the capability to work efficiently with a keen attention to detail.
