• Drive the performance of a portfolio of gaming brands.

• Convert complex performance data into commercial strategies and actionable insights.

• Create and oversee performance dashboards using Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar tools.

• Develop best-practice analytical frameworks and standardize team procedures.

• Work collaboratively with marketing, product, and operations teams on brand strategies and company objectives.

• Present analytical insights and recommendations to senior leadership.

• Assess emerging analytical methodologies and technologies for commercial intelligence.

• Demonstrated experience in a commercial or business analyst position.

• Proven ability to influence strategy through data analysis rather than solely reporting.

• Strong hands-on expertise in SQL.

• Proficient in at least one major data visualization tool: Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.

• Capability to develop and implement knowledge-sharing or best-practice frameworks.

• Comprehensive understanding of the gaming industry, consumer behavior, market dynamics, and metrics related to Free-to-Play or social casino.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for executive-level summaries and presentations.

• Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset suitable for a dynamic, performance-driven environment.

• Experience with Python or similar programming languages is advantageous.

• Knowledge of data warehousing, ETL processes, or predictive analytics is a plus.

• Experience with advanced analytical frameworks or emerging technologies applied to commercial challenges is a plus.
