Data Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

• Collect, structure, and analyze information to aid in business decision-making.

• Recognize trends, potential opportunities, and areas needing enhancement.

• Work collaboratively with stakeholders throughout the organization.

• Generate reports, dashboards, and solutions that provide insights into business activities and performance.

• Contribute to initiatives focused on process improvement, operational efficiency, and organizational effectiveness.

• Identify and address ambiguous challenges by converting data into actionable insights for leadership decisions.

• Establish data pipelines, reporting frameworks, and best practices for analysts and stakeholders.

• Convert intricate data formats into metrics, dashboards, and AI-driven applications.

• Upgrade manual workflows into scalable, automated, insight-oriented systems using statistical analysis, cloud data platforms, and AI technologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.

• Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a bachelor's degree.

• Advanced experience in utilizing analytics to address engineering challenges.

• Proven experience in conducting statistical analysis.

• Proficient in coding languages such as SQL, Python, or R.

• Experience in creating dashboards, reports, and structured datasets for business and engineering decisions.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and statistical analysis capabilities.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Familiarity with GCP analytics tools and data management is preferred.

• Experience in designing ETL data pipelines and data modeling is preferred.

• Practical knowledge of AI/ML models, LLMs, and AI-enabled workflow automation is preferred.

• Experience in managing stakeholder expectations and presenting solutions is preferred.
