This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Oversee the delivery of project and programme management, troubleshoot issues, and enhance team capabilities.
• Guarantee client satisfaction by serving as the primary contact for the Sponsor regarding ICON services and daily study management.
• Participate in and represent ICON at Sponsor meetings.
• Manage a portfolio of 10–15 studies in compliance with Good Clinical Practice.
• Communicate study updates to Sponsors in a professional and responsible manner.
• Supply Sponsors with regular management reports.
• Offer ICOLAB support to Sponsor personnel.
• A Bachelor's degree in a related field such as life sciences or healthcare.
• Prior experience in project management within a laboratory or clinical research environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Capability to represent the company effectively at Sponsor meetings.
• Proficiency in managing multiple studies simultaneously while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines.
• Detail-oriented with robust organizational skills.
• Competence in managing study documentation and timelines.
• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is based.
