This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +6 more states.
• Guide stakeholders through the process of mapping and improving operations.
• Take ownership of designing, constructing, and refining low-code and AI-enabled workflows.
• Convert business requirements into dependable, production-ready automations.
• Create and manage evaluation sets, establish quality benchmarks, and conduct A/B testing.
• Incorporate automation into dashboards and reporting tools.
• Monitor and report on the impact of automation and AI initiatives.
• Consistently evaluate both new and existing applications and SaaS solutions.
• Lead pilot projects and proofs of concept for innovative workflows or AI functionalities.
• Offer training and support to the Legal & Compliance teams.
• Collaborate with the Compliance Training team to formulate AI use case-specific policies.
• Over 7 years of experience in data operations, analytics, legal operations, or a related area.
• Proficient in using low-code automation tools (e.g., Zapier, n8n).
• Experience with AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT Enterprise or similar tools).
• Understanding of relational and semi-structured data models.
• Experience with SQL and data platforms like Databricks is an advantage.
• Familiarity with data integration tools (e.g., Airbyte).
• Knowledge of Git-based version control systems (e.g., GitLab).
• Strong grasp of governance, privacy, and security principles.
• Demonstrated ability to independently plan and implement initiatives.
