This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the health, accuracy, and completeness of client and customer data within the CRM.

• Clean, standardize, and eliminate duplicates from high-volume data files received from clients, partners, and internal teams.

• Identify and merge duplicate records across accounts, contacts, and leads.

• Collaborate with the CRM administration team to establish and uphold data quality standards, naming conventions, and validation rules.

• Handle regular data file updates by mapping incoming files to existing CRM records.

• Update attributes at the hotel level, including brand, management company, room count, region, and status.

• Reconcile differences between source files and CRM data, investigating and addressing conflicts or anomalies as needed.

• Prepare and perform imports of field and sales data into Salesforce, such as leads, accounts, contacts, and opportunities.

• Conduct pre-load data hygiene and duplicate checks.

• Utilize Salesforce Data Loader, Data Import Wizard, or similar tools for inserts, updates, and upserts, ensuring proper field mapping and error handling.

• Validate post-load results and promptly address any errors.

• Act as the primary steward of customer, contact, account, and lead data across the CRM.

• Monitor data quality and seek opportunities for continuous improvement.

• Enhance records by filling in missing or outdated information using authorized data sources.

• Document data management processes, mapping specifications, standards, and loading procedures.

• Assess and utilize AI and automation tools for data cleaning, matching, enrichment, quality monitoring, and recurring workflows.

• Collaborate with reporting and analytics teams to ensure the underlying data is reliable, consistent, and well-structured.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in data administration, management, CRM operations, or a related data-focused position.

• Practical experience with Salesforce CRM, including performing data imports via Data Loader, Data Import Wizard, or similar tools.

• Proficiency in Excel, including skills in VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, text functions, and data-cleaning methods.

• Proven experience handling large data sets and high-volume data files.

• Established expertise in data hygiene, deduplication, record matching, and reconciliation.

• Knowledge of CRM data structures and the connections between leads, accounts, contacts, and opportunities.

• Exceptional attention to detail, with a highly methodical and process-oriented approach to work.

• Capability to independently manage regular data update cycles, competing priorities, and deadlines.

• Strong problem-solving abilities to investigate inconsistencies and determine suitable solutions.

• Familiarity with modern AI tools and demonstrated proficiency in using AI assistants or AI-enhanced technology to enhance data-related workflows and productivity.

• Openness to learning and adopting new AI and automation technologies.

• Experience in the hospitality or hotel industry, with knowledge of hotel brands, flags, management companies, and property-level data, is preferred.

• Experience with data quality or deduplication tools like DemandTools, Cloudingo, or similar platforms is preferred.

• Familiarity with Salesforce Einstein, Agentforce, AI-assisted matching/enrichment tools, or other AI-driven data capabilities is preferred.

• Basic understanding of data governance principles is preferred.

• Salesforce Administrator certification or relevant coursework is a plus.
