DAS Technician – National Team

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with a national installation team to deploy Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) in various venues throughout the U.S.

• Adhere to the instructions provided by Field Managers and Lead Technicians regarding installation and testing tasks.

• Pull and terminate coaxial and fiber optic cabling, as well as install antennas and related equipment.

• Transport materials and ensure the organization of tools and job supplies.

• Execute coax cable terminations and assist in fiber optic splicing and testing.

• Support PIM and sweep testing while collecting data for closeout documentation.

• Document site inspections, aid in project reporting, and uphold quality craftsmanship on all installations.

• Provide leadership and mentorship to Technicians and Apprentices as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED is required.

• Must be willing and able to travel nationally 100% of the time (travel accommodations are provided by CTS).

• Possess a clean driving record and the ability to pass a background check.

• Physically capable of carrying tools, materials, and ladders; climbing ladders; lifting up to 50 lbs; and working in diverse environments.

• A basic understanding of DAS, coaxial/fiber systems, and testing equipment is preferred (training will be provided).

• Demonstrate a strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work independently or as part of a mobile team.
