
DAS Technician β National Team

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
β’ Collaborate as a member of a national installation team responsible for the deployment of Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) in venues throughout the U.S.
β’ Adhere to the instructions provided by Field Managers and Lead Technicians regarding installation and testing procedures.
β’ Pull and terminate coaxial and fiber optic cabling, as well as install antennas and associated equipment.
β’ Transport materials and ensure the organization of tools and job supplies.
β’ Execute coax cable terminations and assist with fiber optic splicing and testing.
β’ Support Passive Intermodulation (PIM) and sweep testing, and compile data for project closeout packages.
β’ Document site inspections, aid in project reporting, and uphold high-quality workmanship on all installations.
β’ Provide leadership and mentorship to Technicians and Apprentices when necessary.
β’ A High School Diploma or GED is required.
β’ Must be willing and capable of traveling 100% nationally (travel accommodations provided by CTS).
β’ A clean driving record and the ability to pass a background check are mandatory.
β’ Must be physically capable of carrying tools, materials, and ladders; climbing ladders; lifting up to 50 lbs; and working in various environments.
β’ A basic understanding of DAS, coaxial/fiber systems, and testing equipment is preferred (training will be provided).
β’ A strong work ethic, dependability, and the ability to work independently or as part of a traveling team are essential.
