
DAS Technician β National Team, 100% Travel

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
β’ Collaborate with a national installation team to deploy Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) in various venues throughout the U.S.
β’ Adhere to the guidance of Field Managers and Lead Technicians regarding installation and testing tasks.
β’ Pull and terminate coaxial and fiber optic cabling, as well as install antennas and associated equipment.
β’ Transport materials and keep tools and job supplies organized.
β’ Execute coax cable terminations and assist with fiber optic splicing and testing procedures.
β’ Aid in PIM and sweep testing while collecting data for closeout documentation.
β’ Record site visits, help with project reporting, and ensure high-quality workmanship in all installations.
β’ Provide leadership and mentorship to Technicians and Apprentices as necessary.
β’ Possess a High School Diploma or GED.
β’ Must be prepared and able to travel 100% nationally (travel accommodations are provided by CTS).
β’ Maintain a clean driving record and the ability to pass a background check.
β’ Physically capable of carrying tools, materials, and ladders; climbing ladders; lifting up to 50 lbs; and working in diverse environments.
β’ A basic understanding of DAS, coax/fiber systems, and testing equipment is preferred (training will be provided).
β’ Exhibit a strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work independently or as part of a traveling team.
