Danish Speaking Travel Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Manage inbound and outbound travel inquiries in Danish

• Support clients with flight, hotel, and travel package reservations

• Offer travel guidance and create personalized itinerary plans

• Handle modifications, cancellations, and travel-related concerns

• Ensure outstanding customer satisfaction

• Keep precise records in booking systems

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in Danish at C1 level or higher (mandatory)

• Proficiency in English at B2 level or higher (mandatory)

• Prior experience in travel, tourism, or customer service (preferred)

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively

• Fundamental computer skills and knowledge of booking systems
