Damper and Ventilation Hygiene Team Leader

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Supervise a two-member ventilation hygiene team during both day and night shifts in Oxford.

• Perform inspections and drop testing of fire dampers.

• Clean commercial kitchen extract systems in accordance with TR19 Grease standards.

• Conduct ventilation cleaning while identifying and reporting any defects.

• Ensure that all tasks are executed safely and uphold high professional standards.

• Oversee productivity, uphold health & safety protocols, and produce precise reports with photographic documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in ventilation hygiene, fire damper testing, or ductwork cleaning is essential.

• A valid UK driving licence is required.

• Must possess a valid CSCS card.

• Ability to successfully pass an Enhanced DBS check.

• A practical, proactive mindset along with good physical fitness is necessary.
