Damage and Repair Specialist – Automotive Technician, German Speaker

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Evaluate, challenge, and authorize repair estimates for our vehicle fleet.

• Process incoming invoices digitally using our internal invoice management systems.

• Engage with suppliers and internal teams to enhance fleet availability and foster sustainable, mutually beneficial relationships.

• Assist in monitoring invoice volume in collaboration with Damage Management and Accounts Payable.

• Participate in departmental projects and initiatives aimed at continuous improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in damage or claims administration.

• Background in the automotive industry is advantageous.

• Proficient in written and spoken German, with professional proficiency in English.

• Detail-oriented and precise, with a preference for structured tasks.

• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
