DAI Subject Matter Expert, 15 Years, Master’s, Oracle Financials

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Utilize technical knowledge and skills to deliver Tier 1 helpdesk support (triage).

• Create training materials.

• Compile Bi-Weekly Metrics and Progress Reports.

• Develop Monthly Communication Tools.

• Generate Reporting.

• Offer Tier 1 helpdesk support (triage) to users, addressing issues and escalating more complex problems to the relevant teams as necessary.

• Aid in the development of monthly communication tools, which include newsletters, user tips, and system updates, aimed at improving user awareness and adoption of DAI and its associated modules.

⛳️ Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship is mandatory.

• Clearance: Secret or higher.

• A Master’s degree in a relevant field along with fifteen (15) years of experience with DAI (Oracle Financials).

• Familiarity with DAI modules such as Budget to Report, Cost Accounting, Procure to Pay, Oracle Time and Labor, OAS, and Order to Cash is preferred.

• Demonstrated experience in providing Tier 1 helpdesk support, including issue triaging, ticket management, and resolution.

• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the capability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical users.

• Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the skill to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.

• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and problem-solving.

• Capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.

• Experience with additional Oracle Financials modules and their integration points.

• Knowledge of reporting tools and data analysis.

• Awareness of ITIL processes and methodologies.

• Relevant certifications in DAI or related areas are advantageous.
