
DACH Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Take ownership of the Vetera DACH go-to-market strategy from positioning through to launch execution, collaborating across product, sales, and customer success teams.
• Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns across email, organic social, partner channels, and offline initiatives, in partnership with performance marketing on paid efforts.
• Lead product marketing initiatives for Vetera, encompassing positioning, messaging, competitive analysis, launch materials, and customer-facing content.
• Create and manage customer communications, including lifecycle programs, release announcements, and retention strategies in both German and English.
• Collaborate with the DACH sales team to produce enablement resources, playbooks, battle cards, and competitive materials that enhance pipeline development and win rates.
• Organize and carry out the Vetera event calendar across the DACH region, featuring industry trade shows, customer gatherings, and webinars.
• Oversee relationships with agencies, freelancers, and consultants as necessary to expand capacity.
• Monitor and report on marketing performance, linking activities to pipeline, retention, and revenue outcomes.
• You must be located in Europe.
• Proficiency in both German and English (written and spoken).
• A generalist marketing background with practical experience in product marketing, campaign management, customer communications, sales enablement, and events.
• Demonstrated success in executing product launches or go-to-market strategies in the B2B SaaS sector.
• Ability to work independently as the sole marketer for a product or business unit while collaborating with shared functions such as performance marketing, growth, and content.
• Strong project management abilities and the capacity to prioritize effectively across multiple concurrent projects.
• Excellent written communication skills in both German and English, with the capability to localize messaging for DACH audiences.
• Data-driven and outcome-focused, with a clear understanding of how marketing activities contribute to commercial success.
• Willingness to travel occasionally within the DACH region (and possibly internationally) for events, customer visits, and team gatherings.
• Bonus: experience in marketing to veterinary professionals or in related sectors like healthcare, life sciences, or vertical SaaS for clinical practices.
