D365 Operations Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Provide support for ERP systems, ideally D365 Operations

• Assist in processes related to Supply Chain, Demand Planning, and Logistics

• Navigate intricate business and system architectures featuring multiple integrations

• Support integrated enterprise ecosystems that involve various peripheral applications

• Analyze and resolve business and system challenges

• Collaborate with stakeholders on operational and system-related issues

• Acquire knowledge and support emerging technologies, such as AI-driven solutions, automation, and contemporary digital capabilities

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in supporting ERP systems, preferably D365 Operations

• Solid understanding of processes in Supply Chain, Demand Planning, and Logistics

• Capability to comprehend and navigate complex business and system architectures with numerous integrations

• Experience in supporting integrated enterprise landscapes that include multiple peripheral applications

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities

• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with stakeholders

• A curious mindset and eagerness to learn about new technologies

• Familiarity or exposure to AI-driven solutions, automation, and modern digital capabilities (AI mindset)

• Mid-Senior level position
