• Lead the D365 Finance and Operations team throughout Australia and New Zealand

• Utilize ERP transformation expertise for scope definition, delivery approach, resourcing strategy, and risk assessment

• Ensure excellence in delivery and compliance with enterprise ERP standards

• Collaborate with developers, project managers, and functional consultants to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget

• Demonstrated ability to lead an ERP delivery team

• Extensive hands-on experience managing ERP implementations

• Specific experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations is highly desirable

• Strong background and proven experience in the Australian and New Zealand markets

• In-depth understanding of ERP transformation and delivery governance

• Experience within the Microsoft Partner channel is highly desirable

• Proven history of business growth and acting as a market innovator

• Ability to leverage a professional network and personal brand effectively
