This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Effectively present and communicate the capabilities of Microsoft Dynamics 365, CRM, and AI solutions to both customers and internal teams.
• Identify and assist in the qualification of opportunities within Dynamics 365, CRM, Azure AI, and other related Phoenix offerings.
• Provide support for the delivery of product awareness and training sessions to enhance the skills of the broader sales team.
• Participate in the complete sales cycle by collaborating with bids, technical consultants, and account managers.
• Assist in the preparation and updating of sales proposals, quotes, and presentations.
• Join customer meetings to aid in scoping, qualifying, and progressing opportunities.
• Support the sales team in driving revenue for Microsoft Dynamics 365, CRM, and AI solutions.
• Serve as a liaison between technical and functional teams, both internally and with partner organizations, to facilitate effective solution design.
• Conduct whiteboarding sessions, workshops, and product demonstrations to highlight the value of solutions.
• Aid in customer adoption, governance, and best practices for Dynamics 365 and AI solutions post-sale.
• Proven experience in a sales, pre-sales, or solutions role focused on Microsoft products.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365, CRM, and AI capabilities, with the ability to convey their value to clients.
• Understanding of the broader Microsoft ecosystem, including M365, Azure, and Microsoft AI solutions.
• Competence in supporting and delivering demonstrations, workshops, and presentations to customers.
• Strong communication skills, both in virtual settings and face-to-face interactions.
• Excellent relationship-building abilities, enabling effective collaboration with sales teams, partners, and Microsoft stakeholders.
• Experience working with vendors or assisting in go-to-market initiatives is preferred.
• Capability to comprehend customer challenges and engage in solution-oriented discussions.
