This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Accountable for creating an exceptional brand experience in the webshop through a user-friendly, mobile-optimized, and visually attractive design, alongside consistent product presentation.
• Oversee and execute product and marketing initiatives in the webshop, such as banner placements, campaign integration, and pricing strategies to enhance shop performance.
• Hold full responsibility for webshop revenue and profitability (P&L) while continuously optimizing key performance indicators (KPIs) like traffic, conversion rate, and customer retention.
• Maintain and improve the product feed, routinely updating product descriptions, images, prices, and other content to ensure high data quality.
• Ensure product availability and coordinate pricing and marketing efforts to facilitate seamless shop operations.
• Analyze and consistently enhance the user experience, focusing on mobile usage, navigation, checkout processes, returns management, and personalization.
• Assist with SEO initiatives and conduct A/B testing to boost visibility, attract traffic, and elevate conversion rates.
• Track and evaluate key webshop metrics, providing data-driven recommendations to enhance customer experience and shop performance.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, merchandising, and other relevant stakeholders on product launches, campaigns, and the ongoing development of direct-to-consumer channels.
• Continuously advance the webshop based on data analysis, customer feedback, and market trends.
• Bachelor’s degree in E-Commerce, Business, Marketing, or a comparable qualification, or relevant professional experience.
• Several years of experience in building and developing e-commerce/webshop businesses, preferably in fashion, sports, or lifestyle sectors.
• Proficient knowledge of Shopify Plus and a solid understanding of Google Analytics 4 along with data-driven shop optimization.
• An analytical mindset with experience managing business areas according to relevant KPIs.
• Strong understanding of customer experience, product presentation, and trends in the market and e-commerce.
• Ability to identify assortment potential and develop it strategically, including discovering webshop-exclusive product opportunities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive working style, and a high degree of ownership and initiative.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with experience in collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficient in both written and spoken German and English.
