d-velop Consultant, Full- or Part-Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Evaluate and enhance business processes associated with document management and digital workflows.

• Configure, implement, and tailor d.velop products (such as d.3ecm, d.velop documents, d.velop invoice, etc.).

• Facilitate workshops, provide end-user training, and deliver project presentations.

• Offer guidance to our clients in the housing sector on best practices, technical capabilities, and opportunities for digitization.

• Develop concepts, documentation, and technical specifications.

• Collaborate closely with project management, development, and support teams.

• Conduct on-site visits to clients as necessary (planned and coordinated).

⛳️ Requirements

• Familiarity with d.velop products or similar ECM/DMS solutions.

• Proficient in process analysis, as well as document and workflow management.

• Ideally, possess professional experience in the housing sector (residential property management) or familiarity with related software solutions (such as Aareon, impower, casavi, ETG24, facilioo).

• Technical knowledge (for example, SQL, interfaces, document classification) is advantageous.

• Strong customer focus complemented by exceptional communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to work independently, with a structured approach and a high level of initiative.

• Willingness to travel for occasional client meetings.

• Proficient in German, both written and spoken.
