This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.
• Evaluate requirements stemming from regulations, standards, and customer needs, derive cybersecurity specifications, and ensure compliance through traceability.
• Engage in defining and aligning the core cybersecurity requirements concept with relevant teams.
• Implement cybersecurity processes and activities via training and close collaboration with developers.
• Assist in ensuring adherence to applicable regulations and standards.
• Define, review, analyze, and trace cybersecurity requirements.
• Aid in the creation, alignment, and practical execution of a comprehensive cybersecurity requirements engineering framework.
• Collaborate with and educate various departments to facilitate cybersecurity requirements engineering.
• Propel organizational implementation and training of cybersecurity processes and activities.
• Meet the requirements set by relevant regulations, standards, and best practices, including IEC 62443, NERC CIP, EU Data Act, and CRA.
• Educate the organization on requirements engineering and cybersecurity processes.
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT Security, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering with a focus on IT Security, or a comparable qualification with significant professional experience in OT or product security.
• Proven experience in cybersecurity requirements engineering within OT or product security.
• Familiarity with requirements engineering tools such as Polarion, MagicDraw, or DOORS.
• Experience in defining, implementing, and training processes within an enterprise environment.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity regulations and standards including IEC 62443, CRA, NERC CIP, BDEW Whitepaper, and ISO27001.
• Proficient in both German and English.
• Strong initiative and excellent communication skills.
• Understanding of agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban, iterative planning, and backlog management.
