This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.
• Analyze requirements from regulations, standards, and customer expectations, derive actionable insights from them, and ensure fulfillment through traceability.
• Actively participate in defining the foundational concept and align it with the relevant teams.
• Execute the implementation of established cybersecurity processes and activities by conducting training sessions and collaborating closely with developers.
• Provide support to guarantee compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
• Conduct requirements engineering: Specifying, reviewing, analyzing, and tracing cybersecurity requirements.
• Develop a cohesive requirements engineering framework: Assist in the creation and alignment, as well as the practical implementation of a unified and comprehensive approach to cybersecurity requirements engineering.
• Work collaboratively with diverse teams: Engage closely with various departments and provide training to facilitate cybersecurity requirements engineering.
• Implement processes: Lead the rollout and training of cybersecurity processes and activities within the organization.
• Ensure compliance: Meet requirements from relevant regulations, standards, and best practices (e.g., IEC 62443, NERC CIP, EU Data Act, CRA, and others).
• Conduct training: Educate the organization on key aspects of requirements engineering and cybersecurity processes.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT Security, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering with a focus on IT Security, or a comparable qualification along with extensive professional experience in OT or product security.
• Proficiency in requirements engineering: Demonstrated experience in conducting cybersecurity requirements engineering within the OT or product security domain.
• Familiarity with requirements engineering tools such as Polarion, MagicDraw, or DOORS.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity processes: Experience in defining, implementing, and training processes within an enterprise environment.
• Understanding of regulations and standards: Acquainted with relevant cybersecurity regulations and standards (e.g., IEC 62443, CRA, NERC CIP, BDEW Whitepaper, ISO27001).
• Passion for diverse topics: You enjoy tackling emerging issues and contributing to effective solutions.
• Resilience: Capable of driving topics consistently and sustainably.
• Strong communication skills: Fluent in German and English, with a high level of initiative and communication capabilities.
• Experience with Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and iterative planning, along with backlog management.
