This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop, configure, and manage integrations, applications, and system connections within the enterprise environment.
• Take ownership of security tools and applications, monitor their performance, and address alerts promptly.
• Analyze security alerts and vulnerabilities, directing them to the appropriate follow-up actions.
• Create automation for alerts and repetitive security tasks.
• Identify and resolve configuration, integration, and incident issues by tracing them to their root causes.
• Act as a technical escalation point for the service desk.
• Implement security and quality controls, ensuring configurations align with policies and standards.
• Utilize AI-assisted tools to execute, test, troubleshoot, and document technical tasks.
• Keep detailed records of configurations, automation logic, and dependencies.
• Relay issues, findings, and resolutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Engage in a career path focused on technology and engineering growth, with opportunities for coaching and feedback.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in delivering scoped technical work in software engineering, data engineering, information systems, cybersecurity, IT, or a related field, or demonstrated readiness.
• Practical experience with security tools such as endpoint/EDR platforms, Zero Trust Architecture, Remote Monitoring and Management, or similar technologies.
• Proven experience in developing and maintaining applications, integrations, or automation workflows across a multi-system environment.
• A generalist mindset with readiness to venture beyond your comfort zone.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted tools for building, testing, troubleshooting, and iterating on technical tasks with a significant degree of independence.
• Familiarity with security concepts including access controls, authentication, and compliance frameworks.
• Strong skills in problem-solving, organization, and autonomy, with the ability to manage multiple priorities without close supervision.
• Effective communication with stakeholders and teammates, including the ability to explain technical trade-offs in simple language.
• Comfort with fully remote work and collaboration within a small team and with the service desk.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must reside in the United States with reliable Internet access.
• Required to maintain full focus during scheduled work hours; overlapping work or job stacking is not permitted.
• Must be camera-ready during training and when necessary throughout the workday post-training.
• Experience in building and managing automations within a security context is a plus.
• Familiarity with developing safeguards in a dynamic AI-focused environment is a plus.
• Exposure to scripting languages, API development, CI/CD pipelines, and/or infrastructure-as-code tools is an advantage.
