Cybersecurity Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Engage extensively with the Security, Engineering, and Service teams, promptly addressing escalated issues.

• Respond to and take action on alerts from our SOC escalations and security tools to ensure the integrity and security of our platform.

• Coordinate incident management between internal and external parties in accordance with regulatory standards.

• Leverage interpersonal and technical abilities to communicate effectively with management, colleagues, and clients.

• Stay informed about security and control challenges associated with emerging technologies.

• Possess the ability to define, implement, and support new security projects and initiatives.

• Take ownership of pending issues and ensure their resolution.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a system engineering or technical security capacity.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) or equivalent certification is advantageous.

• Preferred Microsoft Cloud Security certifications.

• Security certifications such as CompTIA CySA, Security+, Network+, CISA, or ISC-2 CC.
