Cybersecurity Business Systems Analyst II

📋 Description

• Evaluate cybersecurity risks and confirm the effectiveness of controls within healthcare technology settings.

• Ensure adherence to policies and assess technical implementations.

• Act as a liaison between technical teams and governance functions to facilitate informed risk management decisions.

• Collect and analyze data to support business cases and system requirements.

• Assist in process improvements and redesign initiatives to optimize Cybersecurity delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• In-depth understanding of business, cybersecurity, information technology, and/or computer science typically acquired through a bachelor's degree.

• Certification may be necessary in at least one of the following areas within one year of joining the position: Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Systems Security Certified Practitioner (SSCP), Payment Card Industry - Internal Security Assessor (PCI-ISA), Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC), HealthCare Information Security & Privacy Practitioner (HCISSP), CompTIA Security+, or another certification specified by the Information Security Leader.

• A minimum of three years of experience in a healthcare field or a comparable mix of relevant education, technical expertise, business acumen, and healthcare experience.

• Proficiency in information technology and the healthcare sector.

• Experience in planning and reporting for medium to large-scale projects, either independently or as part of a team.

• Strong communication and presentation abilities to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Capable of interacting effectively across facilities and at various organizational levels.

• Ability to manage project workloads while providing customer support and responding to on-call demands.
