CyberArk Consultant – SOx

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversight and assurance service focused on privileged access to systems governed by CyberArk and SOx controls, including application, database, and operating system layers.

• Supervise and assess privileged access sessions utilizing CyberArk, including video recordings and logs.

• Verify all privileged activities against authorized release notes, change records, and supporting technical documents.

• Detect, investigate, and document any inconsistencies between anticipated and actual activities.

• Monitor and evaluate privileged access conducted by third-party vendors.

• Escalate and report any unauthorized or inappropriate actions.

• Ensure compliance with all internal policies, standards, and procedures.

• Maintain precise and verifiable documentation of all review processes.

• Operate within established monitoring thresholds and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to gather clarification, evidence, or remediation measures.

• Serve as Control Operator for privileged access monitoring in accordance with SOx requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in CyberArk.

• Extensive experience in Privileged Access Management (PAM).

• Demonstrated experience in SOx-controlled or audit-regulated settings.

• Experience in reviewing privileged access for: Oracle Solaris (hardware & OS, including patching).

• Familiarity with Linux operating systems.

• Expertise in Oracle databases.

• Knowledge of PL/SQL.

• Understanding of JSON / XML.

• Strong analytical and investigative skills.

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

• Ability to interpret release notes, change records, and technical documentation.

• Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging both technical teams and third-party suppliers.
