Cyber Security Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in recognizing, evaluating, and alleviating cyber risks throughout the organization’s technological landscape.

• Perform security audits and assess system architectures.

• Examine incidents and spearhead remediation strategies to ensure security, resilience, and compliance.

• Work closely with IT teams and external partners to improve the overall security posture.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in Information Security, involving risk analysis, security solution advice, and supporting implementation in complex IT settings;

• Comprehensive understanding of security frameworks and standards, including ISO 27001 and CIS Controls, with a background in developing security processes and controls;

• Relevant Professional Information Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or ISO 27001 Lead Auditor/Practitioner;

• Proven experience in risk assessment, risk treatment, compliance monitoring, and reporting in operational and regulatory contexts;

• A history of identifying vulnerabilities, leading remediation efforts, and delivering ongoing security enhancements across business operations.
