Cyber, Privacy & Data Security Litigation Attorney

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage innovative litigation that involves unique legal challenges

• Primarily focus on data breach and technology-related litigation, encompassing both direct and class action cases

• Tackle issues surrounding data privacy, cybersecurity, and technology litigation

• Oversee cases from their inception with minimal oversight

• Deliver exceptional client service

• Collaborate within Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani’s Cyber, Privacy, and Data Security and Technology Litigation Group

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3+ years of legal experience

• Specialization in data privacy, cybersecurity, and technology litigation

• Impressive academic record

• Strong capabilities in writing, research, and communication

• Ability to manage cases from the beginning with minimal supervision

• Dedication to providing excellent client service

• Familiarity with state-level privacy regulations, including the CCPA/CPRA

• Experience in data breach and cybersecurity class action litigation

• Background in technology/errors and omissions litigation

• Law firm experience is highly desirable

• CIPP/US certification is highly preferred
