Cyber Hunt Team Leader

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia.

📋 Description

• Directs proactive threat hunting initiatives and advanced analytical efforts.

• Collaborates with the SOC, CTI, and other business partners, including government teams, to identify and counter advanced persistent threats (APTs).

• Creates threat hypotheses, detection methodologies, and maintains a comprehensive knowledge base of Indicators of Compromise (IoCs).

• Assists in Purple Team exercises and threat emulation activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and over 10 years of experience in cybersecurity.

• Possession of at least an active Secret clearance.

• Must have one of the following certifications: CISSP, GCIH, GCFA, or CEH.

• Proficient in EDR/NDR, SIEM, MITRE ATT&CK frameworks, and threat emulation practices.

• Strong grasp of operating systems, networking, and adversary tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs).

• U.S. citizenship is required.
