CX Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• You will collaborate closely with your CX Lead to deliver exceptional support to our global customers.

• Responding to client inquiries.

• Resolving issues related to orders and product inquiries through our customer interface platform, as well as via Facebook and email.

• Monitoring shipments and managing backend shipping inquiries.

• Conducting general research.

• Updating client addresses and information.

• Proficiency in English with the ability to communicate key conversational points effectively.

• Willingness to work on weekends or have split shifts.

• Highly organized with the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Ability to remain calm in uncertain and rapidly changing circumstances.

• Resourceful and quick to adapt.
