This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

• Prepare and submit customs entries for prestigious clients.

• Digitally compile and file all necessary documentation for goods to clear with CBSA.

• Stay informed about current CBSA and Participating Government Agencies (PGA) regulations and procedures.

• Review and arrange incoming documents to ensure adherence to CBSA and PGA reporting standards.

• Provide customer support to clients throughout their engagement with Flexport.

• Comply with global customs laws, regulations, and trade agreements to meet import and export criteria.

• Engage in training programs to improve customs compliance knowledge and remain updated on regulatory and industry developments.

• Availability to work various shifts.

• CCS Designation is required/listed as a qualification.

• Solid understanding of CARM.

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.

• Knowledge of international trade and customs regulations; prior experience is essential.

• Familiarity with CBSA product classification and rulings.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

• Proficient in computer skills, including G Suite applications.

• Eagerness to learn and adapt to evolving customs practices and regulations.
