This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conduct structured discovery sessions with potential clients to gain insights into communication center operations, workflows, key decision-makers, and business challenges.
• Create a comprehensive map of customer integrations, systems, data flows, ownership, protocols, and standards.
• Establish and record customer-defined success metrics in Salesforce.
• Convert discovery insights into precise, well-defined scopes of work for Sales and Implementation teams.
• Develop value narratives that link Logis Dispatch/CAD capabilities to client outcomes.
• Assist Sales in aligning scope and pricing with agreed-upon customer value propositions.
• Provide initial product demonstrations and solution-specific showcases.
• Address RFPs and technical questions related to functionality, interoperability, and compliance.
• Verify post-go-live value realization and relay findings to Customer Success, renewals, and expansions teams.
• Create organized implementation handoff packages using Rocketlane.
• Remain engaged during the early implementation phase and serve as an escalation resource for intricate dispatch and CAD inquiries.
• Offer product feedback regarding feature gaps, CAD standards, and communication center requirements.
• Keep abreast of NENA standards, NG911 requirements, and local or state dispatch regulations.
• Contribute to the competitive analysis of Logis Dispatch/CAD solutions.
• Monitor scope accuracy, technical win rates, discovery-to-decision cycle times, handoff quality, value realization within 90 days, and the impact of product feedback.
• Three to five years of practical experience in a 911 communication center or dispatch operation, including hands-on use of CAD systems.
• Proven ability to conduct structured discovery and translate operational needs into an accurate, bounded scope of work.
• Proficient understanding of dispatch protocols, call-taking workflows, and EMS and fire communication center operations.
• Familiarity with Logis CAD or similar CAD platforms and their integrations with records management, ePCR, radio, mapping, and telephony systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with communication center staff, technical teams, and Sales personnel.
• Comfortable delivering initial product demonstrations and solution-specific presentations.
• Capable of constructing a clear, quantifiable value narrative linked to client business outcomes.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting and manage multiple concurrent deals across cross-functional teams.
• Approximately 50–70% travel required.
• Preferred: direct experience with Logis CAD or comparable platforms; background in customer-facing roles, implementation, presales, or solution architecture; EMD or EFD certification; exposure to regional or state-level 911 governance and interoperability standards.
