This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the value plan for each account in your portfolio, linking the business challenges that prompted the customer to choose Mixpanel with the outcomes they track.
• Cultivate relationships with both business and technical stakeholders, ensuring that Mixpanel's features align with the priorities that matter most to customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions to identify customer priorities and challenges, translating insights into actionable adoption strategies and internal communications.
• Collaborate with your Account Executive on expansion initiatives and your renewal counterpart on executing renewals, presenting the value proposition and adoption evidence that supports both efforts.
• Facilitate enablement and best practices workshops focused on dashboard creation, funnel analysis, and retention modeling to enhance the depth and breadth of customer engagement with Mixpanel.
• Track usage patterns and health indicators, leading business reviews to highlight successes, promote deeper adoption, and identify potential risks early.
• Identify underutilized features and contracted capabilities, providing clear recommendations to customers for optimization.
• Address product inquiries and issues, resolving what you can and directing the rest to the appropriate team.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of a customer's AI maturity and leverage Mixpanel's AI tools to assist them in utilizing their product data effectively.
• Work in coordination with GTM, Product, and Engineering teams on escalations, sharing successful strategies with the wider Customer Value Architects team.
• Proven experience in customer success, consulting, or a similar field supporting B2B SaaS accounts, or equivalent experience.
• A demonstrated history of managing relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, from business partners to technical teams.
• Capability to articulate technical concepts, such as data models and product metrics, in a way that resonates with non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in transforming product usage data into a compelling narrative about customer outcomes and return on investment (ROI).
• Comfort in developing and executing adoption plans that connect daily activities to a customer’s broader objectives.
• Practical experience with AI or agentic tools beyond casual usage, such as MCP-based workflows or LLM copilots.
• A collaborative mindset for working across account teams and internal partners to advance plans effectively.
• Sound judgment in prioritizing which accounts and actions require immediate attention.
