Customer Value Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Acquire a comprehensive understanding of the Neara software platform and demonstrate its functionality and value to customers.

• Engage directly with customers, spending substantial time on-site to:

• Promote and integrate the use of the Neara platform among customers, enabling them to skillfully navigate the platform for seamless adoption across their organization.

• Ensure the Neara solutions utilized by customers are delivered as per contractual agreements and are achieving the specified business outcomes.

• Gain in-depth knowledge of customer strategic goals and business objectives to provide precise recommendations on how Neara solutions can facilitate or improve their operations.

• Act as a reliable commercial and technical advisor to clients, ensuring that Neara solutions are fully integrated into their business processes, including any workflow or change management needs that extend beyond the primary Neara scope.

• Collaborate with customers to establish and implement business cases and associated ROI metrics, supporting the value provided by Neara solutions, including regular internal reporting and value delivery assessments.

• Discover opportunities for customers to broaden their engagement with the Neara platform by identifying additional business drivers or challenges that Neara can address.

• Cultivate and actively engage a wide range of stakeholders within customer organizations to build strong, trustworthy relationships grounded in credibility, authenticity, and transparency.

• Work closely with Neara Sales and Deployment teams to enhance customer satisfaction, drive platform adoption, and create consistent, measurable frameworks for demonstrating value.

• Design and conduct targeted training sessions and workshops tailored to customer objectives and workflows.

• Recognize emerging client needs and strategic prospects, collaborating with Neara Sales and Deployment teams to shape customer account strategies and growth initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in enterprise account engagement, strategy, and client management, preferably within a large consulting firm.

• Knowledge of enterprise software platforms and their deployment processes.

• Background in software engineering or other relevant technical fields.

• Proven ability to create tangible customer value and ROI frameworks that align with client strategic and business priorities.

• Excellent communication skills, able to articulate complex topics in a clear manner.

• Strong critical thinking abilities, capable of translating customer outcomes into technical solutions.

• Exceptional skills in engaging external stakeholders, with the capacity to build trusted relationships.

• A proactive problem-solver who enjoys crafting innovative solutions to address customer challenges or unlock commercial opportunities.

• Proficient in programming, data integration, and the use of tools such as macros and various software languages for creating customized solutions.

• Experience in the infrastructure sector, particularly in energy, is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Willingness to travel on a monthly basis.
