• Proficient in phone and computer skills.

• Comfortable engaging in phone conversations.

• Strong verbal communication skills are essential.

• Ability to articulate and explain information clearly.

• Basic computer and internet proficiency required.

• Familiarity with MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Access is advantageous.

• Knowledge of Email Mail Merge is beneficial.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.

• Eagerness to learn and develop new skills.
