📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional customer support through phone, email, and in-person interactions, focusing on pool chemistry, maintenance, and equipment troubleshooting.

• Generate precise quotes for pool packages, equipment enhancements, liners, and parts.

• Enhance sales by promoting chemicals, parts, and maintenance equipment.

• Conduct water testing and offer recommendations for chemical treatments.

• Manage order processing and collaborate with service and delivery teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1+ year of experience in the swimming pool and spa industry is essential.

• Comprehensive knowledge of pool chemicals, water balancing, and equipment/parts.

• Demonstrated sales proficiency with a track record in quoting and closing deals.

• Outstanding communication and customer service abilities.

• Capacity to swiftly learn POS systems, quoting tools, and water testing procedures.
