Customer Support – Streaming Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Conduct and finalize testing procedures.

β€’ Assist customers of one of our clients, a worldwide leader in the streaming media and entertainment sector.

β€’ Establish a connection with callers while expressing your enthusiasm for movies, TV shows, and animated content.

β€’ Offer technical support and troubleshooting for streaming services.

β€’ Work alongside internal teams to improve guest experience and address inquiries.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Background in customer service or contact center roles with a commitment to delivering an outstanding guest experience.

β€’ Familiarity with streaming, including basic troubleshooting abilities and a solid understanding of streaming services on devices such as smartphones and smart TVs.

β€’ Basic keyboard skills; experience with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).

β€’ Experience in technical support.

β€’ Strong skills in problem diagnosis and resolution.

β€’ Ability to manage multiple tasks while utilizing various applications concurrently.

β€’ Experience with CRM applications is preferred.
