This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Conduct and finalize testing procedures.
β’ Assist customers of one of our clients, a worldwide leader in the streaming media and entertainment sector.
β’ Establish a connection with callers while expressing your enthusiasm for movies, TV shows, and animated content.
β’ Offer technical support and troubleshooting for streaming services.
β’ Work alongside internal teams to improve guest experience and address inquiries.
β’ Background in customer service or contact center roles with a commitment to delivering an outstanding guest experience.
β’ Familiarity with streaming, including basic troubleshooting abilities and a solid understanding of streaming services on devices such as smartphones and smart TVs.
β’ Basic keyboard skills; experience with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
β’ Experience in technical support.
β’ Strong skills in problem diagnosis and resolution.
β’ Ability to manage multiple tasks while utilizing various applications concurrently.
β’ Experience with CRM applications is preferred.
