• Conduct and finalize testing procedures.
• Assist customers of one of our clients, a worldwide leader in the streaming media and entertainment sector.
• Establish a connection with callers while expressing your enthusiasm for movies, TV shows, and animated content.
• Offer technical support and troubleshooting for streaming services.
• Work alongside internal teams to improve guest experience and address inquiries.
• Background in customer service or contact center roles with a commitment to delivering an outstanding guest experience.
• Familiarity with streaming, including basic troubleshooting abilities and a solid understanding of streaming services on devices such as smartphones and smart TVs.
• Basic keyboard skills; experience with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Experience in technical support.
• Strong skills in problem diagnosis and resolution.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while utilizing various applications concurrently.
• Experience with CRM applications is preferred.
