• Remain informed about company products, policies, and procedures.
• At least 2.5 years of experience in customer support or a related field.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to swiftly assess customer needs and provide effective solutions.
• Familiarity with customer support software, CRM systems, and helpdesk tools.
• Strong organizational abilities and capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Comfort in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
• Experience in accounting/finance is a plus but not mandatory.
