Customer Support Specialist – Voice, Financial Industry Experience

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Address customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat in a prompt and professional manner.

• Diagnose customer issues and deliver effective solutions.

• Keep precise records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions.

• Work alongside internal teams to escalate and resolve intricate problems.

• Aid customers with order processing, account management, and product/service information.

• Recognize customer needs and offer recommendations for products or services.

• Ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction through proactive and empathetic support.

• Remain informed about company products, policies, and procedures.

• At least 2.5 years of experience in customer support or a related field.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to swiftly assess customer needs and provide effective solutions.

• Familiarity with customer support software, CRM systems, and helpdesk tools.

• Strong organizational abilities and capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

• Comfort in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

• Experience in accounting/finance is a plus but not mandatory.
