This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Act as the main point of contact for Red Hat enterprise customers worldwide
• Oversee initial interactions with customers and facilitate effective communication
• Conduct diagnosis, troubleshooting, and resolution of client issues
• Thoroughly investigate customer problems and contribute to the team's knowledge base
• Proactively identify and implement solutions to improve the customer experience
• Native-level proficiency in Japanese (both written and spoken)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• At least 3 years of experience in the Customer Service sector
• A degree in IT or a background in the IT field is beneficial
• Outstanding customer service capabilities
• Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities
• Familiarity with Linux is a plus
