This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide friendly, patient, and professional customer service for all incoming calls, emails, and online inquiries related to basic application support or technical assistance in a timely and courteous manner.
• Collect vital information necessary for the Support Services Specialist to effectively triage and troubleshoot customer queries.
• Accurately document, assign, and monitor service requests utilizing support tools and systems.
• Acquire a comprehensive understanding and increasing proficiency in the application, utilizing its features to effectively diagnose and resolve customer issues.
• Consistently uphold a high standard of customer service and professionalism.
• Engage in team meetings and training sessions as required.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
• Offer step-by-step assistance using provided documentation or scripts to aid end-users in resolving common issues.
• Adhere to established procedures and scripts to diagnose application and/or technical issues related to hardware, software, or network problems.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualifications.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service-focused role.
• Strong skills in troubleshooting.
• Proven ability to engage in and follow technical discussions; technically proficient.
• Excellent interpersonal and team-building abilities.
• Effective organizational and time management skills.
• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
