This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Managing both inbound and outbound calls in a cutting-edge environment.
• Addressing general inquiries related to insurance, financial assistance, and payment processing.
• Adhering to client-specific protocols and policies.
• Investigating and replying to client questions and concerns.
• Complying with all relevant laws including FDCPA, FCRA, HIPAA, and others.
• At least 1 year of experience in a Call Center or Customer Service role.
• Familiarity with medical terminology, patient billing, healthcare insurance, and/or healthcare administration is preferred.
• Capability to operate in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Proficient in managing multiple tasks at the same time.
• Willingness to adapt to varying schedules and assignments, which may include evening and Saturday shifts.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team-oriented setting.
• Bilingual applicants are preferred.
