This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
β’ Address customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
β’ Aid customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and managing returns.
β’ Offer product details and suggestions tailored to customer requirements.
β’ Address customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
β’ Keep accurate customer records and update internal systems as needed.
β’ Work collaboratively with internal teams (sales, logistics, and operations) to ensure efficient order fulfillment.
β’ Spot opportunities to enhance customer service processes.
β’ Prior experience in customer service, sales support, or a similar position.
β’ Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
β’ Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
β’ Capability to multitask and perform efficiently in a dynamic environment.
β’ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM software.
β’ Experience in the storage, logistics, or manufacturing sector is advantageous.
β’ A proactive mindset focused on customer satisfaction.
β’ Client Relationship: You will engage directly with the client, communicating, providing services, and addressing any client-related issues independently.
β’ Payments: All payments for your services will be managed by the client. Elevate and Delegate will not be involved in processing your payroll, ensuring that your salary is paid directly to you.
β’ Vacation Leaves and Holidays: While guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays may be available, the final decision rests entirely with the client. You are expected to coordinate your schedule with the clientβs business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have.
