This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
β’ Oversees client expectations while addressing escalated customer disputes.
β’ Conducts routine activities within the customer contact center related to business products and services.
β’ Engages with customers in a warm and empathetic manner.
β’ Accountable for the complete resolution of customer issues.
β’ Must currently reside in New York.
