This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Respond to incoming phone calls and professionally address email inquiries.
• Manage bookings and follow-up appointments efficiently.
• Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance of patient records.
• Handle administrative duties and patient documentation.
• Assist in the daily operations of the organization.
• Exceptional computer skills and a high level of comfort with technology.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and spreadsheets.
• Quick and precise typing and data entry capabilities.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Previous experience in customer service, administration, or data entry is preferred.
