Customer Support Specialist – Brazilian Market

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Serve as the initial contact for Portuguese-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.

• Deliver precise information and solutions to customer inquiries promptly.

• Actively listen to customer issues and concerns, showcasing empathy and understanding.

• Record customer interactions and feedback in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.

• Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to address complex customer issues.

• Engage in training and development sessions to improve product knowledge and customer service abilities.

• Uphold a positive and professional attitude while managing customer complaints or challenges.

• Proficiency in both Portuguese and English, with strong written and verbal skills.

• Previous experience in customer support or a similar field is preferred.

• Excellent communication abilities, capable of conveying information clearly and effectively.

• Competence in using computer applications and customer service software.

• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks at once.

• Strong problem-solving skills coupled with a customer-centric approach.

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as necessary.
