This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conduct live video onboarding sessions with new clients to obtain essential business context and finalize bookkeeping configurations (such as bank/credit card linkages and historical bookkeeping requirements).
• Assist customers through chat and email by addressing bookkeeping inquiries, identifying problems, and guiding them to swift and empathetic solutions.
• Keep precise customer records and status updates in internal systems to ensure effective follow-through and seamless transitions.
• Work collaboratively with other teams within the company to enhance workflows and gather product feedback based on recurring customer needs.
• Surpass partner and customer expectations by delivering considerate, proactive, and detail-oriented support.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role (such as support or onboarding) or in bookkeeping.
• Understanding of small business bookkeeping principles and basic financial concepts.
• Exceptional live communication and active listening abilities.
• Strong written communication skills.
